Shipping Options and Charges

Currently, Concrete Beach ships to all Canadian provinces and all 50 U.S. states. We ship using Canada Post Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost and Purolator Courier within Canada and the continental United States. International orders are handled separately by customer service.

Shipping rates to all Canadian and United States locations are calculated automatically by concretebeach.com during the checkout process. The shipping charge is determined by calculating the weight, size and destination of your order. All orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario Canada unless specifically stated by customer service.

Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization. When you place an order, Concrete Beach will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure the funds are available. If you are using Master Card or Visa, the pre-authorization may appear as if you have been charged. With some institutions' cards, the funds become unavailable, but the account is not debited until the order ships. If the order is cancelled for any reason, the time it takes for the hold to release depends on the issuer of the card. Orders purchased using PayPal.com are immediately debited from your Pay Pal account.

All deliveries are pending credit approval, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions.

Shipping Standards

The numbers of days listed above represents standard business days and does not take into account extraordinary events that may delay delivery.

All orders placed at concretebeach.com before 3pm eastern Monday to Friday will be shipped that day. Any order placed after 3pm eastern will be shipping the following day. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Order Tracking

You can track your order by going to www.canadapost.ca and clicking on the "Track a Package" Link. Once there enter the Item number you received via email from Canada Post. If you can not locate your shipping email, simply sign in to your account to view your order history and the associated Canada Post Item numbers, then proceed as stated above. For Canadian orders Canada Post will be able to provide you with an approximate date of delivery and the package's current location. Orders that are shipped to the United States may or may not be able to be tracked once they leave Canada as the USPS does not provide regular progress updates.
