Return Policy

Concrete Beach strives to insure that all shipments are sent to you in perfect condition. If after receiving your order a product is found to be defective, you have a maximum of 30 days after the date of the purchase to contact a customer service representative and return the item to our office.

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your shipping invoice, with the "product return number" given to you by a customer service representative by phone (888-556-9868) or email (cs@concretebeach.com), written on it. If the product is found to be defective, it will be exchanged for the same product from our inventory, or for a store credit of the same value minus shipping costs.

Or if after receiving your order you change your mind and decide you want to return or exchange all or part of your order that's fine too. Contact a customer service representative in our office by phone (888-556-9868) or email (cs@concretebeach.com) and we will help you with your return. We can provide you with a full refund, minus the cost of shipping in the form of a concretebeach.com store credit or a refund to your credit card or PayPal.com account.

All delivery charges and the legal risks for products returned will be your responsibility unless the return is due to Concrete Beach Clothing Co. not delivering the products you ordered, or has delivered to you products that are damaged or defective. In this case Concrete Beach Clothing Co. will assume the delivery charges and the risks, but reserves the right to dictate to you a delivery service of our choice to insure that the package is insured against loss or damage. Concrete Beach Clothing Co. reserves the right to refuse any return if the product(s) has(have) been (1) removed from the original packaging. (2) appears to be soiled, worn or used in any way. (3) Arrives in our office after the 30 day period has expired. (4) Arrives in our office without a product return number.
