Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following methods of payment:
Credit cards: We accept VISA and Master Card.
Pay Pal: We currently accept payments from your www.PayPal.com account.
COD: We currently only accept COD for Orders being shipped to Canadian addresses
Concrete Beach Gift Certificates: We accept both Paper and Electronic Gift Certificates.
Credit Card Orders
Your card is charged when you place your order. In the event that an item becomes unavailable prior to shipment a credit will be applied to your card and an email will be sent to notify you.
Pay Pal Orders
When you select to pay by Pay Pal you will be temporarily transferred to the PayPal.com web site. Once you are there you will be asked to enter your account information; the availability of the required funds will be verified and then you will be returned to the concretebeach.com web site. At this point the you will be informed if the transaction was approved or not.
COD Orders
COD orders are only available for orders shipped to Canadian addresses. An $8 CAD fee is charged on all COD orders and is added to your order's total. COD orders are paid to the representative from Canada Post or their agent at the time of delivery. Payment must be made using a bank draft, money order or cash. Personal cheques will not be accepted at time of delivery.
Redeeming Gift Certificates or Concrete Beach Coupons Online
As you complete your order, you'll be able to enter this information as part of selecting your payment options. Enter your Gift Certificate or Coupon code in the marked boxes; Coupon codes are entered at the beginning of the check out process while gift certificates are entered at the end. Please remember to click "Redeem" after you enter the appropriate information. For your convenience, you may enter more than one Gift Certificate. COncrete Beach Gift certificates may be redeemed along with a promotional offer/ coupon code. If you do not have an account at concretebeach.com, or if you are not logged in, the savings will not be factored in until you reach the page that confirms your order is complete.
Our return period is 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied with any merchandise you have purchased, we will gladly exchange or refund your money within 30 days from the date of shipment.
